How to order
To start shopping, follow these steps:
1. When you're ready to shop, simply click on the menu at the left of the screen or click on an image.
2. When you've found something you'd like to buy, click the add to basket button. When prompted, confirm the quantity, size and colour that you want, and continue shopping.
3. You can review the items in your basket at any time. To delete an item from your basket, click the remove button next to the item. To change the number of items click the update quantity button and type in the new quantity.
4. If you'd like to carry on shopping, click the continue to shop button.
5. When you're ready to proceed to the checkout, click the proceed to checkout button and follow the instructions.
6. After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirming that it has been received. Once your credit card has been approved, the delivery address verified and the items located, your order will be processed.
Anusha is an internet-only boutique, but if you’d prefer to place your order over the phone, please call the office Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Methods of payment
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit and debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.
VAT and duty
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include the UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 15%.
If your order is being sent to a member of the EC, then your invoice will include VAT at 15%. If your order is being dispatched outside of the EC, then your sales tax will be zero. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Anusha can't be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
