Glencot House

Yesterday I had a leisurely Sunday lunch with friends at Glencot House hotel and restaurant. Tucked away just outside Wells (a 45-minute drive from Bath), Glencot House is owned by antiques expert, Martin Miller (of Miller's Antiques Price Guide fame).

I’d heard so much about the place, so I was really looking forward to seeing it for myself. Although I certainly wouldn't recommend it for the food (disappointing), it's still a really fun to place to visit – the theatrical rooms are stuffed to the gills with an amazing array of antiques and quirky curiosities.
